Junior Golfer and Parent's / Guardian's Responsibilities:

You or your child must phone into the Pro-shop or send an email confirming your Junior Golfer's attendance by no later than the Wednesday of the session by 12:00pm.
You or your child must specify which program your Junior Golfer is in when confirming attendance.
Parent's / Guardian's agree that they will be present to supervise their Junior Golfer when they are present at the facility and understand that inappropriate behaviour on the premises will not be tolerated.

By selecting this checkbox, you acknowledge that your submission for your Junior Golfer into the Junior Golf Program is completed to the best of your knowledge and is pending receipt of payment by the Olds Golf Club. You also acknowledge the responsibilities of both the Junior Golfer and Parent/Guardian as outlined by the program.
